You may not have time for traditional scrapbooking, but you can probably find time for some mini album ideas. Here's a quick minibook that's so easy to do. Wouldn't this make a cute Mothers Day gift?
I started with some chipboard coasters, covering the fronts and backs with some bright and cheery designer paper patterns from the Storytime collection. Then I tied them together with some Whisper White 1/4″ Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon.
I placed the mats so I can add photos later. I may give this to my nephew and his wife, who are expecting their first baby in a couple of months.
Adding just a few buttons from the Brights Designer Buttons collection, I then punched out a few words from Fabulous Phrases using the Curly Label punch and I was done! It probably took longer for the glue to dry than it did to complete this scrapbook mini album. 🙂 Why don't you give one a try today?
