Snowflake Christmas Card for Christmas Card Sunday

I thought I'd make a snowflake Christmas card for today's Christmas Card Sunday project. If you have a Big Shot or another die-cutting machine this card is so easy to do!

I grabbed a couple of retired products to create this holiday card the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set and the Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits. You'll find both of them for sale on my Retired Rubber Stamps page while they last.

I used my Big Shot to cut out the string of snowflakes twice from Whisper White Card Stock. Then I glued the edges together in the center to create the larger snowflake grouping. I layered these delicate snowflakes over a Night of Navy card base to show them off and then glued them down.

The Christmas card sentiment comes from the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set. You have a few nice, large greetings to choose from, which works perfectly for this card. I stamped it in Night of Navy ink and then cut it out using one of the ovals from the Stitched Shapes Dies. Then I layered it onto a slightly larger oval of Night of Navy card stock cut out using the Layering Ovals Dies.

I added a larger pearl to the center of each of the snowflakes to really dress them up.

I'd love to hear what you think of my snowflake Christmas card. Please leave a comment and let me know! 🙂
