This simple masculine thank you card idea started with Stylish Sketches. You can select this three-piece stamp set for free with a $50 order during Sale-A-Bration, which ends August 31st. Products are only available while supplies last though!
I thought I'd use one of the stamps from Stitchery which I thought looked a bit like tracks, but I'm not sure about it now.
The designer paper came from the Sun Prints Designer Paper collection. I used a couple of the Gray Granite patterns and then paired it with some
Night of Navy layers and elements. I knew Night of Navy would look great because it was a color included in the paper collection. No guess work needed!
I did emboss the thank you sentiment on Night of Navy and then fussy cut it around the phrasing with my Paper Scissors Snips. If I had cut it out with a punch or die cut I felt it would overwhelm the design by taking up too much space. Another bonus for using this technique? If you end up with random, stray embossing powder where you don't want it, you can just cut it off!
I grabbed my Old Olive Stampin' Blends to gently swipe across the grass. A variety of colors were used on the fox's fur.
Lastly, I have quite a bit of Night of Navy scraps so I thought I'd grab a skinny piece and include it underneath the focal layer. It was already cut to the right length, so it was obviously meant to be included on this masculine thank you card idea!
