Make a Handmade Card

Make a handmade card using the retiring Tulip Fields stamp set and Windmill Fields Dies.

For this card design idea I stamped the tulip rows first and then cut it out using the largest framelit from Layering Circles Framelits.  Then I stamped and cut out the various pieces for the landscape from the Windmill Fields Dies and glued them in place.  I trimmed off the parts that were hanging over the edge of the circle with my Paper Snips.  Then I attached the circle design in place over the background paper.

Retiring Soon

The background paper is one of the patterns from the Flowering Fields 12″ x 12″ Designer Paper collection, which is also retiring soon.  These items will be gone after June or when they've sold out, whichever comes first.

The bicycle was die cut out of the new Tahitian Tide Cardstock.  I cut a few small tulips from one of the designer paper patterns to put in the bicycle basket.  A brass butterfly is flying nearby.

The card greeting came from Forever Fern, and I used one of the dies from All That Dies to cut it out.

Check out this beautiful thank you card using many of the same products.
