Easy Cards; Minimalist Greeting Card

Easy Cards - Stamp4Joy.com

Sometimes you just want — or need — to make some quick and easy cards.  This minimalist greeting card idea would only be easier if you eliminated the embossing, which really didn't take much time at all.

I have the Kiddin' Around stamp set, so I could have stamped the image itself and colored it in before cutting it out, but with the Just Kiddin' Designer Paper pack I was able to die cut out this little guy already shaded with color!  That was quite a time saver.  And he was already cut out from when I was working on another project, so that was a bonus!

I think the bubbles look so cute!  They're just a few Iridescent Foil Gems I placed over the “wand.”

I popped this cute guy up with some Stampin' Dimensionals, and of course the card sentiment was embossed in white on black cardstock.  I layered everything on a slightly larger black layer before attaching to the front of the white card base.   Quick and simple!  It really is possible to make easy cards when you need or want to.

Sale-A-Bration will be coming to an end in just a few short weeks.  Have you picked up the free Jungle Pals Stamp Set yet?  If you want it you'd better get it while you can!  You can select it for FREE with a $50 order.  Here's a cute card I made with it and the coordinating Jungle Pals Dies.
