While this darling set is retired, but you may still be able to find it on my Retired Rubber Stamps page.
This the last of the DIY Christmas card ideas for the season. Of course you'll see many more homemade Christmas card ideas here in the future, but this is the last one for 2019.
This handmade card design features the adorable #Elfie stamp set. It's so stinkin' cute! I'm sad they're discontinuing it, but you can still pick it up for another week. Of course it's not going to arrive in time to make Christmas cards for this year, but you can get a good jump start on next year's projects! 🙂
I wanted to create a polaroid-inspired layout for this card design. I did this by using the Stitched Shapes and Stiched Rectangles Dies. It's been a while, but I predict you'll be seeing a few more of this card layout in the future because I really like the whimsy it creates.
All the elves and gift packages were stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black Ink, colored in using a variety of Stampin' Blends, and then cut out using my Paper Snips. The Christmas sentiment stamp also came from the #Elfie set and was stamped in black on white card stock.
The polaroid frame and the background paper patterns both came from the fun Let it Snow Specialty Designer Paper collection. I think the pattern designs add a lot of bold color to the card without distracting from the cute images. What do you think?
Here's another kids Christmas card idea using the same stamp set.
