This is a Christmas card idea I had for a card making challenge in a forum I belong to. It was inspired by the colors in a picture, which was mostly white with pale blue and soft yellow.
I embossed the tree (from Evergreen) and the greeting (from Snowflake Soiree) in white embossing powder. Both of these stamp sets can be found in the Holiday Catalog. I then sponged lightly over it using a Stamping Sponge and Bashful Blue Stampin' Up! ink. For a little sparkle I added a rhinestone to the top of the tree.
To give the impression of snow I used the snowflake folder from the Delicate Designs Folders along the bottom edge, and finished it off with some soft Whisper White 5/8″ Organza Ribbon
