Make a wonderful anniversary card for your husband this week for our Manic Monday Challenge.
What is Manic Monday?
When you’re not feeling creative you can turn to our catalogs for inspiration. That's what Manic Monday is all about!
Most weeks on Monday I’ll choose a project from one of the current Stampin’ Up! catalogs for inspiration.
You can copy the project as is or just replace the paper and stamps with different ones. Or you can use it as a general idea and create something totally different!
Using that week's catalog project I’ll create a similar card layout to show how easy it is to make a fun handmade card using the selected project for inspiration.
Today’s Project
For this week's card project I chose a card on Page 56 of the January to April 2023 Mini Catalog. It's the one on the left shown in the photo above. It features the He's the Man 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Paper Collection. Full of masculine paper patterns and lots of die cuts, it's perfect to make an anniversary card for you husband.
I replaced the vellum piece with a rather neutral paper pattern from the collection. I used the Layering Diorama Dies to cut it out and the Early Espresso cardstock it's layered on. Then I just used some of the die cuts included for the focal piece and the larger trees featured in the corners. No stamping was needed today.
I designed this birthday card for a man using the He's the Man Suite Collection.
Everything used to create this card design is shown below.
