Here's a joyful greetings Christmas card made with the Snow Wonder stamp set and Peaceful Place Designer Paper. I cut ot the snowman using my Paper Snips. The Snow Time Dies coordinate with the stamp set, so you could use them, too. I colored him in using my Stampin' Blends… love them!
The silver trees in the background are really striking and make a gorgeous wintery landscape. The picture really doesn't do justice to this beautiful paper pattern. I layered it over some Basic Gray cardstock to frame it against the white card base.
The card sentiment also came from Snow Wonder, but I wanted to just use a portion of it. I inked up just the part I wanted from the “Christmas Wishes & Joyful Greetings” sentiment with a Real Red Marker (from the Regals Stampin' Write Collection). It's such an easy trick to stretch the versatility of the stamps you already own!
I created the banner with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies using scraps of Basic White Cardstock and Real Red Cardstock. Save those scraps!
Trimming off the embossed edge of the white piece with my Paper Snips allowed me to have the red border along the outside.
I gently curled the banner using my Bone Folder, and then Stampin' Dimensionals were used to attach the snowman and banner to the card front.
This simple Christmas card just makes me happy to look at. 🙂 How about you?
