Make a Black and White Birthday Card With Party Panda
You can quickly make a black and white birthday card using the adorable new Sale-A-Bration stamp set Party Panda. (You can find it on Page 15.) This is one of many awesome items you can select FOR FREE with any $50 order.
I used my Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the cute panda and birthday greeting. To add a bit of color to the balloon I grabbed my Pool Party Stampin' Blends.
I had a strip of designer paper left over from another project that was perfect for the edge of this simple card, so I cut it to fit the length of the card and glued it along the edge using my Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The black and white strip of paper came from the gorgeous Petal Passion Designer Series Paper collection found on Page 23 in the new Occasions Catalog.
