Simple birthday cards start with a good stamp set and design.
Here I paired the stamp set Let Your Hair Down with this week's greeting card template at i Love Card Sketches for an easy yet graphic custom birthday card.
It's a little difficult to see because of the black background (I should have changed that out before taking the photo), but all the pieces, including the whole front of the card, are mounted on Night of Navy card stock.
I love bold greetings, and in this case the greeting becomes the focal point of the whole card. So simple! The polka dot patterned paper came from the Flowerpot Designer Paper Collection.
Simple birthday cards that probably took less than 40 cents to make… love it!
