You can use beautiful designer paper and Stampin' Up! punches to quickly make birthday cards.
Here I used Patio Party designer paper for the border and the pennants, which were punched out using the Petite Pennants Builder. I draped them across the top of the card like a banner.
The greeting from Word Play was stamped in the coordinating Primrose Petals Stampin' Up! ink, one of the new In Colors, punched out with the Curly Label punch, and then mounted on Primrose Petals card stock.
