There was no coloring done for this handmade birthday card… it wasn't needed! All the beautiful paper designs you see here are just how they come in the package, ready to go. Of course, I did a little punching and cutting to create this card design, but the gorgeous color was already done for me! 🙂
You can use the new Butterfly Duet Punch to cut out some butterflies, but instead I decided to use my trusty Paper Snips for a little more precise cutting.
The Layering Circle Framelits Dies were used to cut out the smaller circle, while I grabbed my Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies to cut out the larger stitched black circle. Many of the beautiful butterflies were positioned onto this layered circle, with one off.
The birthday greeting came from the Beautiful You stamp set, always a favorite! This fabulous set can be purchased at two price points, one for wood-mount and one in a clear-mount version.
