Today marks the beginning of a new card sketches blog called i Love CARD SKETCHES, which I'm excited to design for. Here's my take on the first sketch, which really was a simple one to work with.
It seems I never have enough homemade thank you cards, so I used the sketch as a starting point to make one.
I used the versatile Kinda Eclectic stamp set for most of the elements on this thank you card. Using the Petite Petals Punch and Petite Petals stamp set I created some flowers. I grabbed my Paper Snips to trim the flowers a little closer and to cut out a few extra leaves.
With my bone folder I scored lines in the middle of the petals and the extra leaves and did a bit of paper sculpting to give them dimension. Then I popped a few of those little delicate pearls in the middle
