As you know, I've been posting a lot of ideas for Christmas cards and seasonal cards lately. I know Christmas isn't for a few months yet, but you'll need some time if you want to create and send out some unique handmade cards for the holidays.
Starting with the focal image from Beauty of the Season, I colored most of it in with my Blendabilities. I filled in the berries with the Gold Stampin' Dazzle Marker after I sponged on some Soft Sky all around the image.
The Ovals Collection Framelits were used to cut out the image and the Cherry Cobbler scalloped piece it's mounted to. The striped background came from the Under the Tree Specialty Designer Paper Collection, which I mounted onto a folded card made from Baked Brown Sugar.
Luxurious Gold Satin Ribbon and a small banner punched from Brushed Gold Card Stock complete the warm and opulent quality of this handmade card design. Just a little can go a long way!
