It's never too early to start your Christmas cards, and this Horse & Sleigh holiday card is pretty easy to make.
Don't have the right designer paper for your background? Make your own!
Here I randomly stamped one of the tree stamps from Horse & Sleigh in Mossy Meadow ink on Mossy Meadow cardstock. This creates a lot of texture and depth for your background, and is easy to do.
Next I took some Misty Moonlight cardstock and embossed the snowflakes from the stamp set in white. White trees were created using a die from the coordinating Horse & Sleigh Dies and glued over the snowflake piece. I then mounted it on a slightly larger white cardstock layer.
One of the greetings was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on white and then trimmed down to the size I wanted.
Finally, I had a small strip of Berry Burst cardstock sitting on my workspace… because of course I did! So I decided to layer it underneath the bottom center of the sentiment. This photo came out really dark (sorry) so it's hard to see.
Everything was then attached to the front of a white card base. I really like how this Horse & Sleigh holiday card turned out, and it was pretty simple.
