You can make simple handmade Halloween cards with scraps of designer paper and some cute Halloween rubber stamps.
Here I just cut some strips of coordinated paper from the Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Paper and mounted it in an uneven pattern across some Basic Black card stock. The card base is made with Tangerine Tango card stock.
Doesn't the paper and card stock match perfectly? It's so easy to select the appropriate colors for the designer paper because they're given to you in the Stampin' Up! Catalogs.
