Today I wanted to get back to creating some handmade Christmas card designs, and I think I came up with a very pretty one. What do you think?
I grabbed some stamp sets from my retired Stampin' Up! stash, Watercolor Winter and Warmth & Wonder (a former hostess set) The patterned papers came from the retired Deck the Halls Designer Paper collection.
I used my Paper Snips to cut out the flower, and my Ovals Collection Framelits for the focal piece.
If you'd like to purchase both these sets you can find them on my Retired Rubber Stamps Sale page. They are both clear mount sets. Buy them before Sunday June 7th and I will include the card stock and designer papers, all pre-punch, die cut, etc., ready to recreate this very card. All you'll need to do is grab your ink or markers and stamp, cut out the flower, and assemble your handmade Christmas card using dimensionals and glue. Sweet!
Be sure and contact me to order these two stamp sets while they're still available.
I used this week's greeting card template at i Love Card Sketches to begin my design. Check it out!

With your permission this is the card I want to make for Christmas.
Oh, I’d be honored! Please, that’s why I do this blog, to inspire and share ideas.
The only thing I ask is if you post your creation somewhere that you give me credit for the design and you have a link back to the page featuring the card. Also that you not submit it to publications, etc. All that information is in the sidebar on the right.
Thanks very much, you made my day! 🙂
Love Love Love the Christmas card.
Oh, thanks so much! I was pretty pleased with it myself. Love it when that happens! 🙂
