Next month is my niece's birthday and I wanted to create some handmade card ideas using the Post Card stamp by Stampin' Up! This card was inspired by a card I saw on Stampin' Connection by another demonstrator, Carolyn King. Stampin' Connection is an incredible resource to demonstrators when you're looking for inspiration and ideas.
By the way, this is the last week you can sign up and begin starting your own business PLUS get the FREE BONUS of a pack of designer paper of your choice each month for the first six months! If you'd like more information or would like to join my team, please feel free to Contact Me.
So, as I said, I wanted to use the Post Card stamp, which to me looks vintage. I think she'll love the look! I pulled out my Typeset Specialty Designer Paper and the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch to create the tags, which I added some pretty Venetian Crochet Trim tied up with a bit of Linen Thread to hold it in place. The two greetings came from Itty Bitty Banners and Bloom With Hope, a beautiful Hostess set you can pick up with your free Hostess Dollars you earn by submitting a minimum of $150 in orders.
The flowers are from Petite Petals, and were stamped using the Coastal Cabana Blendabilities and then punched out with the Petite Petals Punch. I added some larger Pearls to the center of each of them. You'll note I also did a little coloring on the patterned paper with my Blendabilities.
