Etch a Sketch Handmade Card Design

Happy Birthday Card From the Herd - blog.Stamp4Joy.comUPDATE:  This stamp set is retired, but you can find it on my Retired Rubber Stamps page.

I wish I could take credit for this darling Etch a Sketch handmade card design, but I can't as I borrowed it from others I've seen.  This particular one was inspired by fellow demo Linda Creech, I just changed out the greetings on it.

You can quickly create a birthday card just like it with the new stamp set From the Herd, which comes in wood, clear, and photopolymer.

I stamped in black onto a Smoky Slate card base, and then made the frame out of Real Red.  I cut the center viewer out with my Stampin' Trimmer, embossed the greetings in white, rounded the corners of that and the card base using my Envelope Punch Board, and then mounted the “viewer” onto the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.  The knobs were punched out of Whisper White card stock with the 1″ Circle Punch.

Such a cute and funny birthday card!  Try this handmade card design for yourself?
