This darling treat holder would be cute holding Christmas treats. Or how cute would it be holding Easter treats for kids or Valentines treats or birthday party favors?
This was one of the projects we made at our party on Saturday. One of the guests suggested using them as place holders for the table. What a great idea!
To make this treat holder, cut a sheet of card stock to 7″ x 2″. Score 2-3/4″ from each end, and then punch each end using the Angled Tag Topper Punch. Fold on the score lines, and you can attach a treat bag to the inside back with a staple or glue. Tie the top with a ribbon, attach your completed greeting or focal image on the front — this uses a ticket from That's the Ticket (w-131946/c-128075) — and you are done! So easy to whip out a bunch of these in an hour. This would even be an easy paper craft for the kids to help make.
