Your handmade masculine cards don't have to be dull and mundane. You can add some metallic shine for a little bit of bling without making them too frilly. The World of Good Specialty Designer Paper is perfect to achieve that understated, sophisticated look.
The world and stand were cut out using the World Map Dies. For some reason I couldn't find my Brass Foil Sheets, so I used some of my Gold. I don't think you can really notice the difference with this particular patterned paper unless you're really looking for it.
The card greeting came from the Beautiful World cling stamp set. I love the large mix of script and block fonts in the sentiments. I embossed it in white on a strip of Misty Moonlight Cardstock. and also put a circle of the same cardstock behind the globe to make sure the details stand out.
