I first stamped those cute meerkats in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, and then colored them in using my Stampin' Blends. I also stamped the frog on some scrap card stock and then cut him out using my Paper Snips after coloring.
The grouping of meerkats were cut out using one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I layered some Crushed Curry Card Stock over a slightly larger Basic Black piece, then cut out the “window” closer to the top using the same size of rectangle die. The birthday greeting was then stamped in the center bottom in black ink.
The balloon paper came from the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper. You can find it on Page 33 of the Occasions Catalog. I layered it onto some Basic Black Card Stock and then attached it to the center of the card front. Next I glued on the meerkat piece. The Crushed Curry/Basic Black window piece was floated over the top of the meerkats using some Foam Adhesive Strips all around the edges.
I attached the little frog on the left bottom using a Stampin' Dimensional. Finally, I stamped a few birthday hats in Coastal Cabana and Mango Melody inks, cut them out, and glued them on. All done!
