Today I thought I'd make a Taco Tuesday handmade card. What do you think?
The cutest graphic was the inspiration for this homemade card idea. When I saw it an adorable retired Stampin' Up! stamp set immediately came to mind. It's called Tasty Trucks, and you can find the set for sale on my Retired Rubber Stamps page.
You'll see that I posted the graphic on my Facebook page today. You can view it HERE. And be sure and Like My Facebook Page while you're there, too!

Check out the photo on the left to see all of the images included in this retired stamp set. It's just so stinkin' cute, isn't it? Imagine all the fun cards you can make with it.
NOTE: If you decide to buy this retired stamp set from me today, I will also send you this Taco Tuesday handmade card with your set!
Pairing a couple different patterns from a retired designer series paper collection, I then mounted them on Whisper White Cardstock. I wanted to pull my base color from the patterned paper, but also wanted the card to be useful for a man or a woman. Daffodil Delight was perfect! And it just so happened that I had some Daffodil Delight Double-Stitched Ribbon left over. I think it looks great!
The card sentiment was layered onto some Rich Razzleberry Cardstock for just a bit of contrast and to bring in another color from the designer paper. I cut it out using my Big Shot die-cutting machine and one of the scalloped ovals in the Layering Ovals Dies.
A variety of Stampin' Blends was used to color in the truck, awning, and tacos. I love these! Coloring your images is so easy with them. Beautiful!
What about you? Are you ready to make a Taco Tuesday handmade card? I'd love to see them. Send me your pictures and I'll highlight them on my blog!
