Earth Day was just a few days ago, and it's a good reminder to look for ways of re-purposing instead of just discarding our stuff. So what are some things you can do with old Stampin' Up! Catalogs?
I know, I know, we all want to keep our old catalogs because they are full of such great ideas! But there are times when you decide you don't need to keep them: you are moving and don't want to cart them with you; you need more space; you've decided you never refer to them anyway.
3 Ways to Recycle Your Stampin' Up! Catalogs!
- Turn the pages into envelopes – using the Stampin' Up!'s new Simply Scored Diagonal Plate (125586) along with the Simply Scored (122334) you can make an envelope out of any paper you have.
- Use them as coloring books for kid – there's lots of black & white line images, and kids would have a ball coloring them in.
- Use them to make cards – again, another project kids would love; after coloring in the images they can cut them out and use them on their own handmade works of art! There's lots of color images, too, that they could use.
So if you've decided you want to make room and get rid of some old catalogs, don't throw them out — recycle them!
